Establish energy objectives and action plans, and provide the necessary information, resources, and technologies to achieve them,
Enhance employee competence and awareness,
Comply with all applicable national energy legislation and other relevant requirements,
Support energy-efficient products, services, and design alternatives, and incorporate energy performance considerations into procurement and investment decisions,
Closely follow technological developments and evaluate alternative energy sources,
Integrate energy performance improvement considerations into new investments and renovation projects,
Promote energy awareness among our employees, tenants, and all stakeholders.
